Live DTF heat pressing
The workhorse. Full-color transfers pressed onto tees, hoodies, and totes with no screen setup, so you can run twenty designs in a day. This is what most booth giveaways ride on.
What runs at the booth
Every service below is built to run inside an exhibit hall: quiet enough for the aisle, fast enough for a line, and staffed by an operator so your sales team never touches a heat press.

A Richardson 112 or Flexfit trucker plus a heat-applied patch or leather label makes a premium keepsake attendees actually wear. The hat bar draws a crowd on its own.
Stitched logos on caps and polos for higher-value handouts — think VIP lounge gifts or speaker swag rather than the main aisle giveaway. Digitizing handled ahead of the show.
Etched tumblers, drinkware, and wood or acrylic keepsakes for booths that want a non-apparel takeaway. Clean, permanent, and quiet enough for a conference floor.
Peel-and-press UV graphics wrap bottles, tumblers, and rigid swag with a durable, dimensional finish — a fast crowd-pleaser that needs no garment sizing at all.
When one locked design runs at high volume, on-site screen printing keeps the per-piece cost down. We reach for it only when the run and the art justify the setup.
How we staff it
Each station comes with a trained Merch Troop operator who handles art alignment, heat timing, quality checks, and the cool rack. Your booth staff stays free to demo the product and work the badge scanner. For a busy floor we bring a lead operator plus runners so the line never stalls at peak.
We handle sourcing too. Tell us the garment brands you like — Bella+Canvas 3001 for a soft retail tee, Gildan 5000 for a value run, Next Level for a fitted look — and we spec, order, and stage the blanks. You approve artwork; we prep the transfer files and build the menu board attendees pick from.
